Sleep for 7mo

DD has moved into her own room and a cot at just shy of 7mo.
She is quite good at sleeping however since she's moved to her own room things have changed! She now often wakes up screaming- not just crying but screaming like there's something wrong. She will calm down when I go in to her but I'm wondering what this could be?
Also, I'm trying to get her into a day napping routine. she wakes at roughly 8am has two hours awake then an hours nap at 10. She then has 2-3 hours awake and another longer nap at 12/1. The evening then gets a bit complicated. She usually has a sleep for maybe half an hour to an hour at 6ish and we put her to bed properly at 9 but anything can disrupt this and her routine changes (time, length of nap etc) daily.
Is this normal? will she eventually settle into a proper routine?
Any advice is appreciated.
TIA

My DD is 7.5 months old and we are just about ready to put her in her own room. She is finally (kind of as it can vary) is sleeping through.

Maybe she is waking up because she can't smell you. She has slept nearby you for months now and will know exactly your smell.

Maybe leave something nearish her cot that smells of you. Like an item of clothing?

We are trying to refine her napping as it seems to vary every few days. Her 1st nap is always the exact same. We are also trying to introduce her cot for naps during the day as she is about to outgrow her pram. Not sure how to tackle that one? Maybe move her into her own room first and then try the cot for naps?

Our routine is as follows.

6am get up and has milk feed.
7.30am/7.45am Breakfast.
8.45am/9am Nap (usually only 30-40 mins).
10.30am Milk Feed.
11.30am Nap.
12.30pm Lunch.
2.30pm Milk Feed.
3pm Nap.
4.15 Dinner.
5.15 Bath.
6.00 Bottle and Bed.

We used to do dreamfeed at 10ish but have now managed to phase that out.

Not sure if that helps you any?

DS is 7 1/2 months - his current daily routine looks like this:
6.30am wake up and breastfeed
8am breakfast
9am nap for one hour (ish)
10.30am milk
12pm lunch
12.45pm nap for an hour and a quarter (ish)
2.30pm milk
4pm dinner
5.30 cup of milk
5.45 bath very quick breastfeed and bed by 6pm

He now generally either wakes once or sleeps through. He is in his own room and has been for about 3 months. He can be flexible around that, but that is the general pattern.
