6 week old not napping much during day

6 week old DS doesnt nap much... Think he must be shattered. He's still awake and has been since 3.30pm

Should I be trying a routine?
He's still up in the night for 2 feeds.

My DS is a lot like this - now 17 weeks. As long as you are offering the opportunity to nap - quiet time, feeds, pram - whatever your LO likes there isn't much you can do.

Try offering a nap every 90 mins (roughly) he may start falling into a little pattern that way but don't always expect naps to be long as per the books!

My DS rarely naps for more than 45 mins and sometimes infuriatingly short 20 mins! He is happy and healthy :-)
