Sleep mask for you or DC?

We all know about using a sleep mask in planes and hospital wards. I like to use one for ordinary sleeping at home, but I'm curious to know if anyone else uses one at home, or if their DC uses a mask.

I've tried various different ones (I seem to have trouble getting one that fits well), Bucky or Mindfold work well enough. But sometimes I wonder how well I would sleep without a mask now!

I use them and so does my mum. Holistic silk do beautiful silk, lavender filled ones. Gorgeous, but very expensive. Would make a lovely Xmas present for you! They also tie at the back, so fit really well.

Why not just get decent blackout blinds? That's the point of a mask I thought? To get it very dark.

chose a two-strap style mask, lightweight silk material does help.
