6.5 month old waking every 2hrs

My daughter has spent the last week waking up every 90 mins -2 hrs at night absolutely screaming and takes a while to calm down, after which she belches, decides she'd like a boob and then settles.

Any ideas what could be causing it? She's a little teethy but not dribbling so I'm not sure it's that. She's BLW though not eating much and I'm worried that might be giving her a tummy ache. Or is it nightmares? I just don't know and I want it to stop! It's the literal screaming in distress that's so upsetting :( I know she can sleep through the night but at the moment it's just not happening and I'm up most of the night feeding her.

I've tried feeding her more in the day but she brings the excess back up...

Please help!

If she's belching she may have trapped wind which is truly painful. If she is on solids she may be having her last meal too late to digest comfortably before she goes to bed.

I was wondering this; she last ate solids at 2pm, though, so seems a long time.

Teething maybe? I thought that when my now 7.5 month old was doing the same thing but still no teeth...
