Togs and room temps

Can someone help me work this out please?

Ds2 14mo sleeps in a long-sleeve vest, sleepsuit, scratch sleeves (which are bit like a waistcoat with sleeves which cover the hands too) and a 1 tog grobag. His room starts at 21 and by the morning is 17 at the moment. I can't regulate the temp in his room, it's either on or off, on means it sits at 21 (the hot water pipes run under his floow), off means it cools down fairly quickly.

Is the 1 tog enough or should I put him into 2.5?

Def go for 2.5. Warmth breeds sleep. Also think about what tog you're using now - I'm in 13.5 so 1.0 would be soooo cold. Think each layer = 1 tog and go from there.

Poor lamb, I've been freezing him Sad!! Maybe that's why he keeps waking so early! You're right, my duvet is 13.5 also. Will dig out the 2.5. Thanks for the reply!
