My daughter is almost one, she was a month premature and has never been a big sleeper. She has 3 meals a day, snacks and approx 20 oz of milk yet she still wakes at night. Last night was terrible hence the need to post this. Can anyone help?

No advice I'm afraid but just to reassure you that you're not alone! My 21 month old is up every night and has always been a rubbish sleeper too. It's exhausting isn't it?! Hopefully someone will come up with the answer but I guess they will get there eventually! I don't think it is a food thing at this point. Some learn to sleep quicker than others. I do everything 'right' according to the books, good bedtime routine etc. Confused

Another one here with no advice but plenty of empathy.
My DD is now one and still wakes throughout the night. We have a strict routine of dinner, bath, stories and bed that has been in place for 9 months. I don't know what else to do but I hold onto the fact that at least most teenagers sleep for days!
