3 month old refusing to sleep

I have been unable to get DD to sleep at all since 8.15 am, apart from one half-hour nap and the odd five minutes after feeds. Tried rocking, carrying, singing, shushing - everything that normally works didn't. Now she is predictably screaming her head off and I feel terrible because I'm just sitting holding her as my back won't take any more carrying. :-( Not sure what I'm asking for here but needed to post.

We've had the same for a week... No idea what's going on. Always napped well in the pram but now waking up after 30 mins and crying. You are not alone xx

Will she sleep in a moving pram or car just to give you a break from the crying? You poor thing. My 3 month old has decided the only place to sleep is on me but at least she will sleep and I can eat biscuits and mn

Pram - no. Car - sometimes, but I was probably too tired to be safe to drive! She will usually sleep on me - and eventually did last night after screaming herself to sleep - but for the last few days she's been really hard to get off to sleep. Now she's clearly tired but screaming again - but I need to feed her very soon anyway.

Thanks Clum and Whatever - hope your DCs get the hang of sleep soon too!
