11mo sleeps flat on her back

And Im worried she will get a flat head. Is it possible to encourage her to sleep on her side or is it too late?

It's fine as long as she's not lying flat 23 hours of the day :) don't worry!

If she hasn't one by 11mo then it's hardly cause for concern. NB's skulls are softer so it usually only matters up to about 7mo :)
