Insomnia

I've been suffering from insomnia for 8 years now. I have finally decided to write it down in the hope that it might help other people but also who know's whether someone out there might advise me on something that i haven't tried and that could potentially be the end of my journey - fingers crossed.

Please pop over and read.

Thanks so much

Are you an insomniac

Hi pebbles , I read your blog and just wanted to say it is a great blog and how sorry I am that you have such a miserable time sleeping! I don't have any great advice, although one thing I've read about which isn't on your list of things you've tried is to do with levels of light you are exposed to during the day. I think there is an argument for being exposed to high light levels before bed (can be achieved with a light box) - google insomnia and light therapy, though I'm sure you know about this already. Good luck finding the cure...

Thank you so much for responding MissRedIndie - I have heard about it and I think I always felt as a Mum i was outside so much but I'll go and have a look now to see how I can improve it.

Thanks again x
