Just wondered what you all do?

To cut it short

Good day:

7am - wake
10.30- 11.15 - nap (wake from this or pm nap is too late)
2.30- for 1hr 30 mins
7.15 - bed
asleep by 7.30

If the second nap is on 45mins or an hour, how early would you make bed time?

I go for 6.30 or 7pm depending on how tired they are.

Sometimes LO is in bed by 6pm if he's barely slept during the day.

A little early, but never more than half an hour. Anything more and then there might be an early wake the next day and it all goes wrong again. I tend to try and stick to the normal routine as much as possible to keep the next day in sync too, Actually, I might also try and get a ten minute catnap in later in the day if it is that bad (which is can occasionally be).

Thanks. Yeah just wondered. I just put her down about half an hour earlier. She went straight off so must have needed it.
Hopefully no EW.

Fingers crossed!!
