Ds1 learnt to sleep through the night at 23 months, had been slerping through for 7 months with very minor blips.
Got a sickness bug last week which disturbed his sleep greatly. He has been fully well for 3 days now but has been waking up to 7 times a night.
Not sure how much i can handle as still up doing night feeds for ds2. Feeling very emotional, please tell me this will pass.
Sleep regression possibly?
