I have a 5 year old who will go to sleep 7-8pm. I can't keep him awake longer as he gets tired and has school. He keeps waking at 3am, talking loud, banging doors etc.
He has a younger brother who is 22months. He won't sleep till 10pm, I've tried everything to get it earlier...if he doesn't nap he'll sleep at 8, but I drive to and from school, work, childminders etc so he usually falls asleep in car.
I am knackerd, ds1 was up at 3, now I've sent him downstairs to watch cartoons with his dad as soon as he got down ds2 is now up causing mischief. My head hurts, needs lots of sympathy today please.

I have no advice, PFB only 11wks, but wanted to send you a hug. Poor you. It must be really hard. I'd be sobbing on the floor.
