12 month napping schedule - help

I'm just wondering what kind of nap schedule your 12mo is doing?

My DD wakes around 7.30, naps at around 11 for around an hour, and then takes a 30m catnap at around 4pm. She is asleep for the night around 8.00.

I'm wondering if she might be ready to go down to one nap a day? The second nap is getting later and later.

Try pushing the morning nap until 12 noon and that will probably mean she won't need the late nap.

I might try that - I just assumed 12 months would still be a bit young. She'll be starting nursery soon and it would be easier all round if she just took one nap a day.

DD is 11.5mo, wakes somewhere between 6 and 7am and then has a nap from about 8.30-10 and another from about 2-4. Bedtime is at 7. I keep thinking she must be going to drop one of them soon but she doesn't show any signs so far...

Mine is awake at 6, naps at 9ish for about 2 hours and that's it until bedtime at 7! She did have an afternoon nap at about 2 or 3 but has dropped it in the last couple of weeks. DS kept his afternoon nap a lot longer, they're all different Smile

11 months. Wakes between 6.30 and 7.30.

Nap at 10am for 35 minutes.

Nap any time after 2pm, usually 1- 2 hours, although we almost always have to send him back off again after 35 minutes (he's in the pushchair at home - only way we've found for him to nap!)

Bedtime around 8pm

then wakes up 4 to 8 times a night
