How can I get my son to sleep a bit later. We allways do the same night time routine (generally between 7 - 8pm) and he goes to sleep fine. Over the past few weeks he has started getting up earlier and earlier - this morning 4am. I feel awfull as I did not react very well and was horrible to my partner which made everything worse. It doesn't seem to matter what time I put him to bed. I try not to let him nap after 5pm but sometimes he is so knackered and grumpy he has to have a little nap. When he wakes up in the morning I feed him and then try putting him back to bed (he used to go back to sleep) but now he just cries untill I get him up, and then is tired again about an hour later. Sorry about my ramblings - if anyone has any suggestions it would be great!
