Dd (8mobths) sleeps really well at night 11-12 hours, then usually has a title and goes down for a morning nap (hour and a half) then a 2 hor afternoon nap. Latterly she has really resisted her 2 hour afternoon taking up to an hour of screaming going in cuddles, screaming more milk, screaming until she finally settles. Se is clearly tried as she is rubbing her eyes, yawning etc. She is cutting her 2nd tooth could it be this?

Still sleeping well at night but it's really getting to me over an hours worth of screaming, crying, more milk, screaming.

Any advice?

Hi, with my little ones I found that cutting down on the morning nap will help. Perhaps reduce the morning nap down to 45 mins and then the little one will be tired for the afternoon/lunchtime sleep.

Thank you will try that.
