I was just wondering at what age letting kids nap during the day keeps them up at night. Not thinking of doing anything different... just wondering....

I think most folks would probably say somewhere between 2-3years.

My DS was 20months when we had to start cutting back his 2hr nap, if we didn't he would take an hour to fall asleep at night and also wake early the next day. My DS was early to 1 nap so I am expecting him to be early to drop the nap completely.

Totally depends on the child.

DD - 3 and a half. We didn't know we were born!
DS - 19 months. Any longer than a half hour and he is up until 10 pm. Gah!

Ditton Omama's comment about being early to move to one nap. DD, my sleepyhead, still had two loooooooong naps a day at 16 months old. DS had ditched his morning nap by 10 or 11 months.
