Dd2 is 19 weeks and has reflux. We started omeprazole and dairy free (ebf) two weeks ago.

Effect on reflux pain and feeding has been brilliant but sleep patterns haven't seen much improvement!

She goes to bed 18.30 - 19.00 and occasionally will do a ten and three feed and up 12 hours later. More often that not she is awake midnight to two after a ten pm feed. And up at 6-6.30.

Nap schedule has got better -short nap am and pm and 1.5 nap at lunch.

Anyone got any tips on sleep and redux or just sleep?! I have a hyperactive toddler and am shattered!!

I put two large books under the front legs of DS's cot so it was tilted slightly, I think it helped a little. It's a pain, isn't it? :(
