My dd is 11 months and down to one nap at 11:30. We are always on our way back from somewhere or out (have a busy 3 year old and we live in an upstairs gardenless flat so can't stay in frankly).

I don't mind that she naps in the pram as I can carry her upstairs asleep.. But when I go back to work I will have a nanny and I don't want her to carry the pram up as it's a risk too far...

Complication is my son will need collecting from nursery at 12.15. So what do I do?

She wakes at 7am and can't last beyond 11:30 for her nap at the moment. The nanny will just have to stay out over lunch won't she?

If I want her to nap in the cot I have to sleep train also... I need to sleep train for nights anyway so could do this all at the same time.

Shall I just go with the flow? It's the nanny thing that's bothering me. She will be 13 months when the nanny starts. And it's only 2 days a week.

Advice welcomed! TIA
