Morning all
I really need some help, as title says our 6 month old consistently gets up at 4am. About 50% of the time he'll go back to sleep until 5:30 but sometimes he just wants to get up (like today). Ive tried leaving him in his cot (he's in his own room) but he gets hysterical. If we being him into our bed he just wants to play. When he is up he stays awake for about 2 hours before napping. He's fairly routines in day, naps approx every. 2/3 hours and has one long nap of 1.5 hours and the others are about 30 mins. He goes to bed at. 6:30 and settles himself to sleep. He won't nap in his cot in the day and either goes in the sling/feeds to sleep in bed/buggy. (we're going to work on self settling for naps soon!) what can we do about these early get ups?! It's exhausting and I'm back at work in 2 weeks. Oh, he's ebf and we're just starting blw.
Thanks for anything you can suggest !
