My 1 year old has just had the MMR (a few days ago) and last night woke up and just REFUSED to go back to sleep, crying constantly for ages. Could this be a side effect of the vaccination?

Yes.
Does your lo have a temperature?dd2 had her mmr almost two weeks ago, and last week her sleeping went to pot for a few days, crying. Instantly in the night with a slightly raised temp.
Last night she was fine for the first time in five nights and I hope it has passed.....hope ur lo gets back to normal soon.

No temperature which is why I thought it was strange. Poor little ones. For once I was unable to do anything to calm her. :( Thanks for your response.
