Sorry, I couldn't help myself with the spice girls reference....

My 9mo DS resisted falling asleep this morning until after 1030 when he'd been up close to four hours. He's still asleep now at midday (which is a big deal considering he has always always been a 30min catnapper). Could this be the start of moving towards a single nap? He's been doing about 45 min in the morning around 2 hours after waking and 45-60min in the afternoon around 3.5-4ish hours after previously waking. I'd just gotten used to that timing and it's all starting to change again!

Just wondering how old your DC were when they made the change? How did it happen/ how long did it take to settle down again?

Thanks so much.

I thought it was happening at about 9 months so tried to drop one but it wasn't sustainable. Finally dropped it at 13 months. I think, reading on here, it' pretty common for napping to become a bit rough at 9 months ish for a few weeks.
