How do I get her to sleep

Hi, as I am writing this I am led on my bed with my 2.9 yr old and dd2 (10 months) is screaming in her cot.
I know it's awful but I just can't get her to nap on me as toddler wakes her up etc and she's so tired.
I put her in her cot as I was about to loose it and scream.
God I know I sound awful but she just won't get to sleep this week during the day (which begins before 5) and I feel angry (I know I shouldn't but I really do)

We did cc at 10 months which worked but for the lady fortnight she has began cruising and wont drift off. As she is so tired she is hurting herself by falling etc constantly.

Well I got her out of the cot and into the car short drive and fast asleep. This is not the answer but I can't let her scream like that

can't really help but just wanted to say, in my opinion, sometimes it is the answer. Currently in a similar situation with my 1 year old and she's been through similar stages before. Whatever gets you through....
