What to wear in bed?

DD's room is 21 degrees when she goes to bed, and about 19 by eleven pm. She wears PJs and a 2.5tog sleepsuit as she hates sleeping bags and her new IKEA duvet is too big for the cot, she is 22mo.

We are gradually trying to work out possible causes for her waking so would be grateful to hear what others put their LOs in?

Our DD's bedroom is a little cooler I would guess (we don't have a thermometer) and we have had her in a vest and babygrow with one cellular blanket over her. If she's very tired she doesn't kick it off, if she's not she does but it doesn't seem to affect her sleep. However, our house is pretty old and drafty so I guess she's used to being cooler than some babies.

At 23months and after having some problems with waking we switch our youngest to a toddler bed and single bed with a 4.5tog duvet. I don't know what the problem had been but it solved the waking problem. The bedroom is about 19/20°C usyally and the duvet is fine.

thats good to know - we are moving house in July and I am getting a single bed for DD, and then she can have her duvet which might solve the heat issue
