Question re: night waking/feeding my 6mo.

I think that my 6mo is now eating enough during the day to give up night feeds, but am not sure how to encourage her not to wake for feeds.

Here is what she ate yesterday and when she woke (this reflects her usual routine):

7am: Woke & ate 4oz of formula.
8am: Half a strawberry, a nibble of an apple rice cake and 5tsp of blueberry, bananna & apple smoothie.
10am: 6oz of formula, followed by nap (1.5 hours)
11.30am: Woke
12pm: Half a cooked carrot stick, a nibble of broccoli, 3/4 a jar of vegetable rissoto, 2 carrot crisps (organix).
2pm: 6oz of formula, followed by nap (1 hour).
3pm: Woke.
4pm: 3tbsp pureed parsnip & potato, 1/2 petit filous.
5pm: 5oz of formula, followed by nap (40mins).
5.40pm: Woke.
6.30: 3/4 of a weetabix made with formula & a small piece of banana.
7.30pm: 7oz of hungry milk, followed by bed for the night.
10pm: 6oz of hungry milk (dream feed).

DD woke at 1am, I tried a dummy and a cuddle but she would not go back to sleep until I fed her, but she only ate 1oz. She then slept until 6.30am.

I always put her in her cot awake after her feeds, she doesn't fall asleep on the bottle. I know I should be happy that she's only waking once but it just feels like she really doesn't need it and I'd like to encourage her to stop waking for this.

Any ideas?
