reward/incentive charts for staying in bed till a certain time. Digital clock where they cant leave the room until a certain time. Nightlight, fairy lights, etc on a timer which signals when they can leave the room. They might not make her lo's sleep any later but should teach them that even if they are awake they cant disturb anyone else.
