Help! Dd was a great sleeper at first, then teething at 3mo plus 4 month sleep regression saw some hell ish nights on and off. She settled into 7pm bedtime very early. At seven months started sleeping through 12 hours (occasional stirring). Never fell asleep with a dummy, just chatted herself to sleep. If she stirred a dummy would send her straight back to sleep. If teething a dummy helps sooth her. If she stirred before six she would go back to sleep.

For the past three weeks she's been waking up at 5.30, or recently even 5, and won't really go back to sleep. At first I thought it was a sign to drop her 9am short nap and only have the after lunch long nap. But no difference, so now she barely gets 11- 12 hours sleep a day. She isn't in great form in the morning.

Is it a wonder week phase? Any advice? Thank you!
