14wo sleep gone haywire

DD is almost 14 weeks and one week ago we moved her from bassinet to cot. Even before the move her sleep patterns had changed and she had been waking a lot earlier and more frequently, but since the move she is taking at least two and a half hours to settle down for the night, and awake and crying after 45-90 minutes for the rest of the night.
I'm going insane with the lack of sleep and feel she must be getting nowhere enough sleep herself now per 24 hours. I am trying not to breastfed her back to sleep each time but she will. Not.settle. Her cot is still in our room in the place where bassinet had been and I've been plopping her in it during the day to play (though she doesn't nap in it yet).
Help/suggestions? I'm getting really worried about her lack of sleep.

Ps meant to say that she had been going for a good stretch of 5/6 hours from about 7.30pm, and then stretches of 2/3 hours after that, it has been so dramatically different the last week or so, even before cot move.

FaneFeyre I can't give any advice but just to let you know you're not alone. My Dd's, now 20 weeks, sleep went mental at about this age. I haven't resolved the problem so will read with interest!

Oh Lord, ComeTalk. It is just so hard, I'm only a week or so in but you must be feeling awful?! Do you think it is the four month regression starting early or would 13 weeks be too early for that?
Does your lo nap well during the day?

uh-oh, this sounds like my 13wo who started going downhill at about 11w. Let's hope someone comes along soon with a magic cure....sigh. I'll be watching with interest.
