17 week old going through sleep regression - help!

My DD has been going through a growth spurt / sleep regression for the last week to 10 days and is getting nothing like enough sleep. She is getting a total of 6 hours (bad night) to 8 hours (good night) sleep per night but not sleeping for more than around 1.5 - 2 hours during the day (mostly in 20 min cat naps after feeds). All the tricks that used to work getting her to sleep during the day are no longer working and I'm just about getting to my wits end.

She is so obviously tired all the time but I don't know how to help her give in and sleep.

I am BF feeding her at least every 1.5 hours during the day and she still cluster feeds for sometimes up to 4 hours in the evenings so don't think there is any way I can get more food into her...

Any advice?
