Why can't DD sleep through the last 3hours??

Ok I know lots of responses will be "she's still tiny...perfectly normal" etc but I'm on my knees with a kidney infection and need more sleep!

DD is 4months, tends to go 3ish hours between feeds during the day, sometimes a little less. At night she'll usually feed to sleep around 6:30, sometimes wake for a top up half an hour later, then she'll sleep til sometime after midnight then three hours then 2-3 hours but will then be up and down, wriggling, feeding, fighting swaddle but punching her face if unswaddled until she wakes properly at 7am.

I've ended up feeding her in desperation to get her to sleep but she's not hungry. I can cope on 2hour chunks of sleep through the night but am effectively getting no more than 20min snatches from about 4:30am, waaaaaaaaaaa, what can/should I do?
