Dd is 13 months breast fed, i feed her to sleep and co sleep and she wakes through the night and usually settles ok but I'm stil exhausted as this has been going on for 14 months now dp cant do a single night to help generally i dont mind /would not expect him to as he works full time but just wondered what others do? We dont live together which may be why I've fallen into co sleeping habit and dd has become completely reliant on me for sleep and soothing thanks!

My dd is 8mo and through the night i feed her to sleep, we co sleep and it's just easier and I get more sleep cos I barely come out of sleep these days. Dp doesnt live with us either. How does she settle for naps in the day? do u feed her to sleep then too?

Yes feed to sleep or she'l do longest sleep in the car! think it might be time to try getting her to settle on her own in the cot but not sure how to start now as she is so clingy...and I do wonder if she would sleep a bit longer if we weren't disturbing each other in bed maybe. I know my first seemed to when i managed to get him into the cot but dd seems a different story all together, proper little mummy's girl :)
