Not sleeping through anymore

From birth my DD was always a brilliant sleeper. From 2.5 months to 4.5 months she would sleep for 11 hours everynight without waking. But when she reached 4 and a half months, she started waking once, then twice and now at nearly 7 months, at least 3 times a night for a bf. I don't really mind too much as she will (most of the time) go straight back to sleep after a bf. Im just curious as to why she started waking up again. She got two teeth through at 4.5 months but I don't think she's teething now... Any suggestions would be appreciated. X

Is she on 3 meals a day?

We are doing blw so although she's on two meals a day, she doesn't actually eat alot...

I would suggest that is the answer...... not saying you should stop BLW or anything but if she has been a good sleeper then you know that she is not struggling to get herself back to sleep (and providing she isn't ill) that really only leaves one reason why she is waking: hunger. That would also make sense as you say a BF will settle her.
As far as I understood it, by 6 months they should be on 3 meals a day as they are growing loads around this time.
Perhaps try and encourage more food going in? Having not done BLW I don't know how this would be acheived. In fact, I was so convinced about food= sleep with my DS I did spoon-feeding all the way(with a side line in finger food to make me feel better)..
Good luck
