What cot bed duvet tog rating should I use? Help!

Can anyone tell me if there are winter and summer cot bed duvet tog ratings? I don't seem to find any, only the 4.0 tog duvet, which I've read is good for both summer and winter. Is this possible? I currently have a 4.0 tog duvet, which seems to be just fine for winter (in a 18 degree room.) Thinking this will be far too warm for summer, when the room temperature will creep upward to 20 or 21 degrees. Want to find a lighter weight duvet, but don't seem to be able to. Any suggestions? What do your toddlers use for bedding in the summer? No longer using baby sleeping bags either as DS (14 mos) will not suffer them.

Thanks!

the maximum recommended tog rating for a cotbed is 4/4.5 tog and for a single bed it is 10/10.5tog (something to do with the relative surface area covered by the child). You could always just use the duvet cover minus the duvet if it is really hot in summer

Thanks, Seona1973. Good idea for summer. Will keep it in mind.
