help me. for the past week, my dd2 has refused to go to sleep. she has an hour or 2 at lunchtime, but she wont sleep at night. she wants to get up and play. she has been screaming tonight for 2 hours (still going in fact). i have been in a few times to check she hasnt made herself sick as she does do that if she cries too much, she has a nightlight on and is just so fretful. what can i do? nothing has changed routine wise, so i dont know why she is doing this.
