12hours sleep at 10 weeks too long?

My 10 week old has been going between 6-8hrs a night since she was 6 weeks old and has recently started doing 10-12hours a night, is this too long without a feed? Should I wake her for a feed or maybe try to sleep feed her?

If she is weeing and pooing normally and gaining weight then you have no reason to worry. I'd not wake a sleeping baby without good reason!

That was the reaction I was hoping for! Thank you
