14wo: waking up after 20 mins

After going down well for ages and sleeping till our 9.30/10 'dream feed', my 14wo dd has recently started waking up 20 mins after I put her down in the evening. I then have to go and re-settle her.

Is this a phase? If so, any ideas how long it'll last?
Anything I can do to help her re-settle herself at this 20-minute point (without cc)?

What happens after you've re-settled her after the 20 min point?

She seems to sleep ok - though its only happened for a few nights!

Apparently at 14wks they go through a sleep regression where there sleep cycle changes, could be that?

Could well be!

Is it possible to teach her to settle herself at this age? If so, any ideas how?

I don't know the answer to your questions but I have a 14 week old who is doing this and then refusing to go back in her cot after each night feed. I put her down and within five minutes she is starting to wake again.

I can cope with it for a little while but does anyone have any idea how long it lasts? I am at the end of my tether!
