Is this sleep regression?!?

Hi there, have got so many useful tips from threads on this site now hoping for more, think this is sleep regression but just wondering is there anything I can do to minimise the getting up in the middle of the night. Any ideas/tips gratefully recieved.

DS is 20 weeks, born 4 weeks early-not sure if that makes any difference.
For the last 3 weeks or so we have had "sleeping through". So down by 7.30, dream feed at 10.30 then sleeping to 6 ish. I really thought we had made progress. This routine had taken a good while to implement. However, the last 3 nights he has started to wake at 3 am chatting away. I have left him, then he will cry. Tried to get him back to sleep, was reluctant to feed him but ended up doing so and he drank a full bottle. He will then go back down until around 6. Really don't want to start feeding him again during the night butdo you reckon it's a growth spurt or sleep regression?

So, what should I do now? Just make sure he has full feeds during the day? (I have noticed that he doesnt seem to be taking as much the last couple of days during the day.)
Anyone have a magic "sleeping through" wand that they could lend.

Thanks in advance for any posts.

If he wants feeding, I would feed him. No sense trying to wrestle him back to sleep and you both ending up distressed. If he drank a full bottle he must've been hungry! At this stage there is a physical growth spurt and a developmental leap, which is why you get an (often long) sleep regression. Just go with it and it will pass eventually.
