hi. I recently posted on here about poor bedtimes and screaming for two to three hours. We did the cc thing and it has worked to a degree he either sleeps or you can can leave him to settle himself o ce tes had stories and cuddles etc. The other night ge was asleep an hour and woke up screaming but seemed asleep, had to wake him in the end and I thought night terror. Not happened since but from then he sort cries or whinges in his sleep every hour all through the night. We ard exhausted with it as you can't sleep. It only happens for. About 30 seconds a time then quiet again. Is this normal? He is also poor at napping in the day as hard as I try to get him to sleep I usually resort to a car ride if desperate. He's also a very clingy boy and takes a long-time to build confidence at toddler group every week. I cuddle him as much as possible when he asks but on occasion I can't like cooking or moving a hot pan he thows a major wobbly. This has also started since. When he dosnt fet his way throws himself on floor and screams. I thought we had turned a corner but it all be linked to the sleep thing. I expect some tantrums etc he is 18 month old after all :-)

My DS cries in his sleep, always has. We just wait for about 30 secs/1 min and if he's still crying go in, otherwise we ignore it. It has seemed to have got better as he's got older (now 22 months)
