Need some advice my 9 month old keeps waking at 5am. We made her bedtime later and it made no difference soooooo tired. She has two sleeps one in the am and one in the afternoon. Her naps are 45 mins and 1hr sometime 1 and a half. She has two bottles one in the morning one at bed time, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack dinner. So lots of food. Has bath then bed at 630pm, she seems pretty awake is tired at her nap times and bedtime. Am at a loss as to why she wakes so early...... dont know what else to try, any ideas?

Just bumping this for you.
With my ds who was a horrific sleeper days would also begin at 5am, weirdly I found that if he had a really good nap in the daytime he would sleep longer at night
It may just be a case of riding out these early mornings and things will get better but hopefully someone else will come along and give you some proper advice Grin

Just another thought, do you think she may be ready to drop her morning nap?
Seem to remember my eldest getting to around 8-9 months and just having a good sleep after lunch.
Feel for you, early starts are not good.
