Sleep consultant recommendations - Hampshire area

Hi

This is the first time I've posted on this site and sleep deprivation has brought me here! Basically, my 9 month old daughter cannot self-soothe and can only fall asleep while nursing. I have tried to break this sleep-association and had limited success using the tips in the "No cry sleep approach" book, but we're agreed that the time has come to bring in professional help, especially as I'll be returning to work in five weeks' time.

If anybody can recommend a sleep consultant they've used with success who operates in Hampshire (I'm near Winchester), I'd love to hear from you.

Many thanks.

Nicola watson is lovely, try emailing her.

Here is her website

I've just enjoyed a night with my 7mo dd sleeping over 11 hours! Much needed as I started back at work too. You'll be enjoying your sleep in a few weeks! Good luck!

PS your location doesn't matter, she'll sort it through support.
