Dd 11 months won't settle after 3pm

She wakes up before this too but we can settle her again without too much bother. Around 3 she wakes and no matter what I do won't settle until around 6am when I have to get up for work. I have tried co sleeping, feeding her, rocking her. I don't know what else I can do but I can't keep starting my day at 3am, I feel awful.

One- after a couple of mishaps, we've had 7-6ish for almost a week now!

Have moved am to 9am and afternoon nap to about 1.30-2.

I can't believe something so simple has worked!!

My dd actually slept through last night! She went down a bit late and got up at 6:20 but not at all in the night! So hoping it's the same tonight.

Sadly not, back to 2 hours of screaming from 2-4
