Recreating pushchair in cot

My daughter (4 months) sleeps really well in her pushchair in its footmuff, but not well in her cot. Can anyone suggest any safe ways of recreating pushchair conditions? I'm concerned about her posture and want her to nap in her cot more.

Currently she sleeps in a 2.5 tog sleeping bag with a cotton sheet tucked in over the top (without it she was wriggling loads and waking herself up all the time), a vest, a cotton sleepsuit and a terry sleepsuit. The room is normally 16-17 degrees and her temperature is fine when I pick her up in the night. The cot is propped up at the head end.

The sheet's tucked in under her arms and I wonder if she would be cosier in a sleeping bag with arms. I'm assuming they are safe but does anyone know of anything against them?

Thanks!
