hi , im pretty new to this... so bear with me.. my 7 month old is waking so much in the night.. last night was about 8 times. she is breast fed and will only go to sleep on my boobie... i have read up a few techniques , i dont like the cry ing out technique as i dont feel comfortable... im so tired but the worst thing is i see how tired she is.. i just want her to get a good nights sleep and bonus if i do aswell... please is there anyone who has any tips for me :)....

Hi there! Sorry to hear you're having a tough time.. Would you consider co-sleeping (that's sleeping together in the same bed with you daughter)? That really saved my sanity: my son is also breastfed and only wakes a few times a night now (compared to something similar to what you describe) and even then I hardly wake up. I just put the boobie in his month and continue sleeping:).. My little one is also nearly seven months. Hope this helps!
