Sleep routine for 12 week old around school run. Help!

I think I am getting into bad habits with dd3 who is 12 weeks. She is a good sleeper but because of the school run, I quite often leave her to sleep in her or pram after doing the school run in the morning. She may be there until her next feed! We may then go out again and I will then leave her to sleep in the carseat again! This is then often repeated after the afternoon school run. She will sleep fairly well in her bouncy chair too but is getting and more distracted and I have to tiptoe around more and more. Today I decided she needs to start napping ustairs so I can get things done without tiptoeing around but she wouldn't stay asleep, Arrghhh! She does have a bit of a cold so perhaps I chose a bad day. With the others I fed them to sleep for naps but I don't want to do that this time as it will mess with feed times.

Please tell me what you do/ have done if you have to do the school run. Am a bit Blush that I've been a bit lazy and now got myself in a mess!

That was meant to say carseat or pram.
