Jet lag is destroying our schedule - he won't sleep
Went to bed fine both last night and tonight but up again by 9pm and won't go back down

Any ideas??

Go back to the sleep in the day he used to have and not a moment longer then just resettle in bed each time he wakes up with no eye, physical or verbal contact.

This well give the message it is bedtime and not playtime.

This is how i did it when we travelled several times a year to US with 3 children aged 7wks to 3.5y.

When we landed in the morning [6.30am] back here i did breakfast and bath then nap from 9-12.30 and often they went to nursery for the afternoon.

The nights were great the first few days then it got a bit rough but i found this worked with all of them regardless of age. They were 7wks and 19m [and unborn] when we started this.
