I'm not really sure what sleep regression is and I'm wondering if this is what we are going through now. My 9 month DD has been a fab sleeper (7-7) for about a month now. This week, I have been visiting the MIL and so she has been sleeping in a travel cot in a new house. Her naps have been slightly out too. However, she has woken up throughout the night for the last three nights. When she wakes, she is really tearful, cries quite dramatically and extremely red faced. I have been giving her calpol and teething crystals as I suspect teething has something to do with it. I haven't been bfing her during the night as I dn't want to go back to 'that place.' Any ideas? Tell me it will get better when we get back home. I know that on life's grand scale, a sleepless baby isn't that bad but I get so overwhelmed at the thought of broken nights all over again....

Mine often slept worse at other peoples houses and took a few days to settle back to good habits again once home. I would go back to a quick feed at night if she seems hungry tbh, I wouldn't think it would cause bad habits. Mine still needed a feed at 11pm at this age.

Mine also slept worse when over tired and woke if they were too cold or too hot. So it did sometimes feel like a minefield tbh Smile
