have a 3 yo & 5 weeks old & bedtime is our worst time of the day at the moment. Baby always seems to be fussy or feeding when I need to get DD out of the bath etc. At the mo baby doesn't have a bedtime routine but I'm trying to think ahead & cnt work out what a routine for two would be! What do others do ?

I did the opposite to mist people in that I focused in getting my toddler happily settled first and then dealt with the baby.
Dd2 loved the bath so would bath both and then read stories to dd1 and settle her before taking dd2 off to feed her and get her settled. Dd2 often grizzled during this time but it was 10 minutes and as she took 40 mins to feed, I didn't think it was fair to keep dd1 waiting for that long!
