twinkle tog - opinions please!

I saw a twinkle tog sleeping bag in John Lewis last week and I think it might be the answer for my wriggling DS as the legs will allow him to still move around when he wakes up.

I was just wondering if any one had any opinions on there before I splash out on one for winter.

I have used a sleeping bag since DD was about 8 weeks ols and she still wears them now at 10 months, they are a godsend as she wont entertain blankets and ends up wrestling with them. I would definately recommend them!

I got a Twinkle Tog to review a while back, put the review up on my blog - it may be some help.

It's great - we used it a lot when we went out and it was a late night drive back, in the hope H would sleep in the car on the way home - most of the time she did.

It's good but has no feet in it so you need to put socks on them. I know this is common sense but during the winter their little toes would get very cold, even with socks probably.

the twinkletog, well if you think the sleeping bags are great, well wait until you try these, they are great, gives my daughter all the movement she needs now she is moving around, it keeps her warm and snug but not restricted. She was falling down in her cot when she was in her sleeping bag, now she can stand up without falling down, and kick her legs about, and is much happier now she is in her twinkletog, its definitely worth a go and now they do it in lots of different designs and colours, they really are fab!
hope that helps x

I may be a bit late on this but I was about to do a review on it so I thought I's add my comments as well...

I love the twinkle tog! My daughter is the biggest wriggler and had a really nasty fall in a sleeping bag while trying to get out of bed a couple of weeks ago. She loves the twinkle tog she has (Pink stars one from Mothercare), and I don't find the feet uncovered to be a problem. If you feel the feet when they are asleep, they are toasty warm.....I suppose the suit keeps the whole body warm somehow.
