Just wondered what sort of nap routine your 13 month old had. Ours seems to be shifting a bit and she is resisting a sleep till about 12/1230, having been up since 730. It just seems a long time awake to me!

We were still on two naps at that stage - one about 2.5 hours after DD had woken and the next would be another 3 hours or so after she woke from nap 1.

She went down to one lunchtime nap at about 17 months IIRR.

I know of other babies who were down to one nap by 13 months. How is she doing? If she seems reasonably cheerful and not too tired to eat, it may be that's she naturally transitioning towards one nap. On the other hand, you may find some days she needs two and on other days one, depending on her tiredness level, what time she woke in the morning, how well she slept overnight etc.
