During the night I mean, not in the morning.

Could it be nightmares?

I've been in twice to her already this evening. Is there anything I can do?

Nothing you can do really, besides comfort and reassure her. Is it happening every night?

She just started doing it last night- I went in to her four times in the end. I gave her some calpol because her nose was running a lot, thought it might have been the start of a cold. We'll see I suppose.

That sounds like a night terror. My middle one suffered from that, and still does sometimes aged 5 1/2. It can be what they watch before bedtime. For my little boy it was Shaun the Sheep that petrified him in the night!
Just be as calm as you can, and allow them to calm down - works most of the time for me. :)

Thanks turbo but I think it was the start of a cold. She's been really suffering with it since then- poor sausage was been throwing up she was coughing so hard tonight.
