Sleeping past 5 am

My DD is 10 months old, and finally sleeps through from 8pm to 5am most nights. She then has some milk (still bf) and falls asleep again until 7am.

How do I get her to sleep past 5am? Putting her down earlier or later makes no difference, and there is no obvious noise at this time. Her room is dark still, so I don't think it's that.

We're not fans of CC - we tried that a couple of times and she throws up.

She's definitely up at 5 - we've got a video monitor and watch her pull herself up to standing in her cot :(
